Pricing scales with chair count, wet works complexity, and whether brand graphics are included. Site visits in Dublin city and near suburbs are included in listed packages.
Fees cover design, not construction or equipment purchase.
Typical ranges
Layout concept (up to 4 chairs): €1,450–€2,400.
Full interior package: €3,600–€6,900, including lighting and wash intent.
Brand-fit graphics coordination: from €520.
Payment
Forty percent to start, forty on draft, twenty on issue. Irish VAT where applicable.
Survey impact
Unknown drains, absent plans, or heritage constraints can extend fees. We flag those risks after the first walk so Dublin operators are not surprised mid-project.
Cancelled measure visits inside twenty-four hours may incur a small call-out fee; otherwise early conversations stay complimentary until you accept a written scope.
Multi-shop rollouts for the same operator receive a coordinated fee once the first unit language is established.
