Calendar honesty
Full packages typically span three to six weeks depending on feedback speed and plumber availability for advisory input. We will not promise opening dates we cannot influence.
You receive a single primary layout direction first. Parallel “option B” plans are available as a paid add-on when stakeholders need a formal comparison.
Builders receive labelled PDFs; editable CAD is supplied when licence terms allow and when it speeds accurate setting-out.
